Myofascial Release (MFR) is a massage therapy technique that involves working with the connective tissue surrounding the muscles to eliminate restrictions and restore balance. Trauma, inflammatory responses, postural patterns and adhesions create Myofascial restrictions. MFR’s goal is to create a more free and integrated body structure.
